2020 Fair Housing Initiatives Program: Know Your Rights, Idaho!*
Although Idaho Housing has long partnered with others to promote awareness of fair housing rights and responsibilities, our efforts received a boost in early 2020. History and evolution of segregation and the passage of the Fair Housing Act

Evaluating the Impacts of the Fair Housing Act
- The Unfulfilled Promise of the Fair Housing Act. On the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, this article explores whether we have achieved the two goals of the Act: “outlaw individual acts of housing discrimination and foster integration.”
- Reducing Segregation and Increasing Upward Mobility in American Cities. The Creating Moves to Opportunity pilot project uses Housing Choice Vouchers to evaluate long-term social, health and economic impacts on families with young children move from high- to low-poverty neighborhoods.
