2023 ESG Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA)
The Boise COC is prioritizing Rapid Rehousing and Homelessness prevention projects during the 2023 grant year. Funding awards will not be made available to shelter projects in Ada County.
ESG funds are awarded on a competitive basis through an application and award process. IHFA will administer one funding round for the 2023 ESG Program.

IHFA will accept applications from June 15, 2023 until July 31, 2023 at 5:00 pm MST. The completed application and required attachments must be submitted through Procorem, a secure portal used to transmit documents.
