As the issuer of a large percentage of the municipal bonds in the state, Idaho Housing has extensive bonding expertise and issues a variety of tax-exempt and taxable bonds that deliver low-cost financing to borrowers. Idaho Housing is completely self-supporting and does not use state tax dollars in its operations, making us a tremendous asset for the taxpayers of Idaho.
