We support Idaho nonprofits and housing organizations, respond to critical community needs, and empower Idahoans on their path to housing stability.

Avenues for Hope is one of Idaho’s most successful statewide housing fundraising efforts. Created and administered by the Idaho Housing Foundation, it is an annual online giving campaign that raises money for nonprofits, shelters, housing organizations, and school programs that help Idahoans access safe, stable, and affordable housing.

Idaho Wohnungs- und Finanzverband improves lives and strengthens Idaho communities by expanding housing opportunities, building self-sufficiency, and fostering economic development. IHFA provides funding for affordable housing throughout Idaho, develops responsible and economically feasible projects, and identifies opportunities to serve communities in need.

FinallyHome
FinallyHome! helps people achieve and sustain successful homeownership through education, counseling, and ongoing support. The program provides homebuyer education, financial knowledge, and access to HUD-approved housing counselors so individuals and families can make informed housing decisions and build long-term housing stability.
