Homeowners:
How to Participate
As the administrator of Idaho’s Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF), we are tasked with working with all mortgage servicers in the state. All HAF payments will be made directly to servicers/vendors and not to the homeowner. To help facilitate this, IHFA will be using a Common Data File (CDF) to send data back and forth with servicers. We encourage all servicers to participate and make HAF funds available to their borrowers. IHFA will be using Neighborly Software for application processing and CDF communication.
Required documents:
- Signed Homeowner Assistance Fund Collaboration Agreement. Template found here: HAF Collaboration Agreement Template
- Company W-9 (for payment processing)
- ACH information. Template found here: ACH Form
Once we have the completed program documents we will get your company set up within our processing portal. You will receive a separate email from Neighborly Software to set up CDF with you. Either your company or Neighborly will be able to host the SFTP site for CDF communication.
Please submit your participation documents or any questions you have to: HAFAdmin@ihfa.org
