Idaho Housing and Finance Association will hold a free workshop for landlords at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 27, at its Idaho Falls branch office, 506 S. Woodruff Ave.
Experts will talk about how to identify, prevent and control damage caused by moisture and mold and the cleanup options. Mold can cause health problems that range from itchy eyes, sneezing and coughing to allergic reactions, asthma attacks and lung damage. Idaho Legal Aid will discuss the correct procedures for working with tenants on reasonable accommodations, evictions and property damage.
