TWIN FALLS — Idaho Housing and Finance Association will hold a free workshop for landlords at 9 a.m. Friday, Sept. 27, at its Twin Falls branch office, 844 Washington St. N., Suite 300.
The Twin Falls area continues to experience methamphetamine use and landlords often find themselves on the front lines. Idaho State Police experts will talk about how to identify signs of meth use, paraphernalia and drug-related activity. Landlords will learn about the steps they can take if they suspect residents are engaged in illegal behavior and what to do before a property is rented again. IHFA staff will discuss the Housing Choice Voucher program.
