Borrower Income Limits

Eligibility for our home loan products is limited to households with income up to $170,000.

Other requirements for prospective homebuyers include:

1. The borrower must be a resident of Idaho.
2. The borrower must have an acceptable credit and employment history.
3. Some products may require Finally Home!^® Homebuyer Education.
