Upcoming Trainings

Idaho Housing conducts regular training sessions throughout the state to educate lenders, brokers and REALTORS® on our products, programs and services, as well as new offerings. Classes fill up quickly, so be sure to RSVP at least three days before the session to guarantee your spot.

Our online training materials include videos, webinars, loan scenarios and other materials to help you learn more about how Idaho Housing can assist your clients. To request on-site training, email resloan@ihfa.org.

Brochures Download and share any of these brochures with your clients, available in both English and Spanish.

Cobranded Flyers To cobrand one of our product flyers, simply select and download the flyer you need to your desktop. Once downloaded, insert your contact information and company logo (logo must be in JPG format) into the fillable fields, and distribute to your clients as needed. Adobe Acrobat is needed to edit flyers, other PDF readers will not work. Adobe Acrobat reader is free to download.
