Program and Property Compliance
IHFA’s Housing Compliance department performs monitoring for Tax Credit, HOME, and Project-Based Section 8 multifamily properties. The Housing Compliance staff conduct regulatory driven reviews of tenant files and physical inspections and provide technical assistance to the owners and agents that operate these types of multifamily properties.
