IHCC committees carry out goal, strategy, and policy development work. This work is presented to the IHCC Board as recommendations. Committee input ensures that scarce resources devoted to alleviating homelessness are maximized by filling identified service gaps in communities throughout Idaho. The committees consist of CoC Planning; Coordinated Entry; Data Collection, Reporting, and Evaluation (DCR&E); Governance; Point-In-Time Count; and Strategic Planning.
